Refund Policy – Graduate Programs
Tuition Refund Policy
Students who officially cancel their registration or withdraw from courses may be eligible for a tuition refund in accordance with the refund schedule below.
Refund eligibility is determined by the effective date of withdrawal, as recorded through the official withdrawal process.

For the tuition refunds to apply, students should closely follow the withdrawal from courses procedure.
For finding the first day of classes, the change of course period, of each Semester and Session please refer to the current Graduate Calendar.
Deree, The American University of Greece U.L.E. reserves the right to modify the application of this policy in cases of proven exceptional hardship.
A total of 121 academic credits is required to complete an undergraduate degree program. As a general rule, each course is worth three (3) credits, although some courses may be worth four (4). The distribution of credits is determined by the curriculum and the requirements of each course.
