UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAM

BA/BS in Individualized Interdisciplinary Major

I AM INTERESTED STUDY GUIDE

Program Overview

The BA/BS in Individualized Interdisciplinary Major at Deree, The American University of Greece U.L.E., allows students to design a coherent and academically rigorous program of study across multiple fields. Through an Individualized Learning Plan, developed with faculty guidance, students combine courses from different disciplines around a clearly defined question, theme, problem, or professional goal.

The program is designed for students whose academic interests and career aspirations extend beyond the boundaries of a single major. By integrating knowledge, methods, and perspectives from different areas of study, students develop the critical, analytical, and synthetic thinking skills needed to address complex issues in today’s global and rapidly changing environment.

A key feature of the program is the interdisciplinary capstone project, through which students demonstrate their ability to conduct independent inquiry, synthesize knowledge across fields, and produce a meaningful academic, professional, or creative outcome.

To explore the range of courses that may be incorporated into an Individualized Learning Plan, students are encouraged to visit the individual pages of the University's academic majors.
