Program Overview

The BA in Communication and Media Studies provides students with a rigorous interdisciplinary education in communication, media, culture, and digital society. Drawing on communication studies, media studies, sociology, anthropology, film and television studies, and related social sciences and humanities disciplines, the program equips students with the knowledge and skills necessary to understand, analyze, and engage with contemporary communication environments. 

Students explore the ways communication, media technologies, cultural practices, and social institutions shape public discourse, identities, communities, organizations, and societies.
